Booking type

Private family slots accept exactly one family booking, whatever option they select.

Name * The public name of the event shown on the site. URL slug * The URL path for this event (e.g. coffee-tasting).

Family ticket options

Name each family offer, number of children, price and visit duration. Duration must match the slot length, so no family visits overlap.

Ticket price (£) * The cost per ticket in pounds. Max tickets per booking Maximum number of tickets a customer can buy in one order. Sort order Determines the display order on the events page. Lower numbers appear first.

Short description A brief summary shown on event cards. Long description Full details shown on the individual event page.

Active (visible in shop) If unchecked, the event is hidden from the public shop.

Images Upload up to eight raster photos, each under 15MB and 40 megapixels. Uploads are automatically converted to WebP. The first image is the main event thumbnail; use “Make main” to reorder them. Upload image

Event Dates & Sessions Select one or multiple dates, assign start/end times, and add them to create sessions.

Default slot length (mins) Duration of each session in minutes. Generates bookable slots between start and end times. Default capacity per slot Number of tickets available per individual time slot.
